Ingredients :
Lemon Grass, Galangal, Chili, Curry Powder, Salt, Vegetable Oils, Permitted Food Preservatives

成份 ：
香茅，南姜，辣椒，咖哩粉，盐，植物油，批准保存剂 

Cooking Instruction ：
1. In a large frypan heat tbsp. of all over medium heat. Gently heat recipe base in pan (stirring continuously) until warmed through and fragrant.
2. Add Vegetarian Mutton ( or substitute with any mock meat of your choice ) and cook for 5-10 minutes until browned and coated in paste.
3. Add coconut milk (1 can) to pan, stir until combined. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until sauce is thickened (stirring occasionally)
4. Remove from heat and garnish with toasted shredded coconut (optional).
** Serve with Steamed rice **

Tips :
- add extra water as required if sauce becomes too dry or thick
- for a spicier dish add sliced chilli
- more vegetables in your Rendang??
