Suggested Consumption Method 建议食用方式 : Pour 200-250ml freshly boiled water over a tea bag. Cover cup and steep for 3-5 minutes. Add sugar, honey or lemon juice to suit your palate. 倒入200至250毫升新鲜沸水于茶包里，盖上杯盖后浸泡3至5分钟。您也可依据个人喜好加入糖、蜂蜜或柠檬汁。
